SHIPPING POLICY
Shipment Processing Times
All orders are shipped discreetly via USPS and are dispatched within two business days after being placed. While we aim to process orders promptly—typically within 24 hours—this is not guaranteed. This applies to all shipping methods, including Priority and Express options.
Once your order is in the possession of the carrier, the estimated delivery timeframe begins. Please note that all delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur, and all shipping fees are nonrefundable. Orders are not guaranteed to be shipped or delivered on weekends or federal holidays.
We do not currently offer overnight or international shipping.
Estimated USPS Delivery Timeframes
- Free Shipping, Ground Advantage: 3–6 business days
- Priority Mail: 1–3 business days
- Express Mail: 1–2 business days
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been processed. Tracking may take time to activate after USPS receives the shipment.
Liability
We are not responsible for late, lost, or stolen packages. All sales are final and nonrefundable.
